Do you ever need a visual reminder to remember something you intend to do? Well, that’s exactly what the “Yellow Bag” program does for folks at Fairview Village Church of the Nazarene and Lower Providence Presbyterian Church.
Bright yellow plastic bags with carrying handles hang on special racks in highly visible locations in both buildings. Each bag has a list of items needed by the Hospitality Center attached. Worshipers simply pick up a bag, fill it with needed items and return the bag to a designated area. The contents are delivered to the Hospitality Center and the empty bags are returned to the racks to be reused.
