 Managing Goal Achievement (MGA) Program In efforts to develop goal clarity and mission congruency, the Hospitality Center staff and new board is participating in a program called Managing Goal Achievement (MGA). MGA is a dynamic 10-week personal and ministry growth program that works toward defining issues, identifying needs and wants (goals) then planning a strategy to achieve them. It has a 5 step process that helps you prioritize your goals, break them down into manageable pieces, and to uncover strategies with a group to achieve successful end results.  Teamwork, Creativity and Camaraderie Some of the main successes achieved thus far are: Redefining, summarizing a stronger Mission and Vision Statement. Listing issues that have to be addressed, and putting sub-committees in place to strategize how to achieve resolve. An additional outcome of this process has been the increased teamwork, creativity and camaraderie amongst the volunteers, staff and board members.
