The center is always in need of toiletries. We gladly accept travel or hotel-sized items. Our most needed items are deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes and disposable razors. Many of these items can be purchased for less than one dollar at your local Dollar Store, Big Lots or Wal-Mart. When shopping for your own family, pick up some extra items to share with a family person that desperately needs your help.

Assemble the following items into a zip lock bag or shoe box and the Hospitality center will make sure it is delivered to a deserving recipient at one of Norristown's shelters.

  • 1 shampoo (travel size)
  • 1 conditioner (travel size)
  • 1 can shaving cream
  • 1 tube toothpaste
  • 1 adult toothbrush
  • 1 washcloth (new or clean used)
  • 1 month supply women's sanitary products
  • 1 deodorant
  • 1 bar soap (individually wrapped or in bag)
  • 1 hair brush or comb
  • 4 individual band-aids
  • 2 disposable razors
  • 1 body lotion (travel size)
  • 1 pocket-size packet of tissues
